BAIL set at $15,000 for West New York, NJ man…
Oscar Zepeda, 24 of West New York, NJ is being charged with aggravated assault and weapons charges after allegedly slashing a man with a kitchen knife across the forehead.
Bail was set at $15,000 and Zepeda was ordered to have no contact with the victim and to relinquish his travel documents.
