Why You Should Call a Bondsman to Post Bail
Unless you’re a hardened criminal, odds are you aren’t very familiar or comfortable with the intricacies of New Jersey’s criminal justice system. That can mean wasted time while you get your bearings and navigate the waters. If you or someone you care about is in jail, the last thing you want to waste is time.
With a professional bail bonds company, you can be sure that someone who knows the system like the back of their hand is doing everything they can to help you and your family. They have the experience, the resources, and the relationships to get the job done as quickly as possible, with as little fuss as is necessary.
What Sets Us Apart
Chance BailBonds is a family-owned, family operated business with only one goal in mind: getting our clients out of jail fast. Bail bondsmen tend to meet their clients during an extremely stressful time, and unfortunately many use this to their advantage, pressuring them into making unfair payments or fees. With Chance, you’ll never have to worry. We know that good people end up in bad situations, and it’s not our place to judge or take advantage. We just want to help.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do bail bonds cost?
That depends. A standard fee for the bond company is 10% of bail as set by the court. We can’t tell you exactly what it will cost until we know that.
We will need to know the name of the person you’re bailing out, their booking number, what jail they’re in, what they were arrested for, and what their bail is set at. If you’re missing anything, don’t worry. We’ll figure it out together.

How does the bail process work?
We have a post on our blog that tells you everything you need to know to begin with. If you have any other questions, we can answer them in person.
